Not sure if you need implants, a bridge, or both?
Most full mouth cases are a mix, decided tooth by tooth. Our honest comparison, implant vs bridge vs denture, explains the logic we use to decide which option suits which gap.
Full mouth rehabilitation at Dental Specialists ranges Rs 800,000 to Rs 2,500,000, depending mainly on how many implants your case needs and which materials you choose. A representative case — 4 implants with 4 zirconia crowns and everything included — sits around Rs 800,000. This is the biggest case a mouth can need, and it's planned, placed, and delivered by all three of our dentists together, on a timeline that respects how bone actually heals — never rushed to make a shorter trip look possible.
Full mouth rehabilitation is the treatment for mouths where damage, decay, wear, or missing teeth have gone beyond fixing one or two problems — where the bite, the function, and the appearance of most or all of the teeth need to be rebuilt as a single, coordinated plan. It usually combines dental implants for missing teeth with crowns for damaged or restored teeth, all planned to work together as one bite.
Because so much is happening at once — surgery, healing, and complex restoration — this is the treatment where planning and patience matter more than in almost any other. If implants are new territory for you, our step-by-step guide to the dental implant process covers the mechanics behind each implant in your case.

Rs 800,000 to Rs 2,500,000 is a wide range because full mouth cases vary enormously. Two things drive most of that variation: how many implants your case needs, and which implant brand and crown material you choose.
| Case size | Typical price (PKR) | What drives it |
|---|---|---|
| Smaller case (3–4 implants + crowns) | from Rs 800,000 | Implant count, brand choice, crown material per unit |
| Larger case (6–8 implants, more crowns, or full-arch prostheses) | Rs 1,200,000 – 1,800,000 | More implants and units to restore; may include All-on-4/All-on-6 style arches |
| Extensive case (both arches, premium brands, complex prosthetics) | up to Rs 2,500,000 | Full-mouth scope, premium implant brands, and prosthetic complexity |
| 4 dental implants (mid-range brand, includes surgical placement) | within the Rs 800,000 |
| 4 zirconia crowns on those implants (Rs 45,000/tooth if priced alone) | within the Rs 800,000 |
| Bone grafting where needed, temporary prosthesis, all visits, final prosthesis | within the Rs 800,000 |
| Bundled case total | Rs 800,000 |

Places every implant in your case and manages any bone grafting needed. The surgical stage of full mouth rehabilitation is the most demanding part of the whole treatment, and it's led by our most surgically experienced clinician.
Plans the entire case from your first X-rays and impressions, designs the temporary and final prostheses, and coordinates how every implant and crown works together as one bite.
Refines the aesthetic finishing across the full case — shade, shape, and how your rebuilt smile looks and feels in daily use.
This is the exact structure we use with every full mouth case — nothing shortened, nothing skipped.
X-rays, impressions, and photographs are taken and the full case is planned by all three dentists — which teeth need implants, which need crowns, and how everything fits together as one bite.
Dr. Ali places the planned implants under local anaesthesia. Sutures are removed roughly a week later, once initial healing is confirmed.
A temporary prosthesis is planned, fitted, and adjusted — so you leave with functional, presentable teeth while the implants heal underneath.
The implants fuse with the jawbone. This step cannot be shortened without risking implant failure — rushing here only delays and damages the final result, not speeds it up.
Once healing is confirmed, the final permanent prosthesis is fabricated, tried in, adjusted, and fitted — completing the case.
We understand the pull to compress this timeline — a shorter trip, a faster result, a wedding date. But osseointegration is biology, not a scheduling problem: implants placed and loaded before the bone has properly fused around them fail at meaningfully higher rates. When that happens, the surgical stage has to be redone, which costs far more time and money than waiting the 4 to 6 months properly the first time. We will not offer to shorten this step, for any price.
What we can do is be completely upfront about it from your very first consultation, so the timeline is never a surprise mid-treatment. If your case doesn't genuinely need implants — if a well-planned combination of crowns, bridges, or dentures gets you a comparable result faster and for less — we'll say so. See our honest comparison on the tooth replacement page for when each option makes sense.
The 4 to 6 month healing gap means this treatment cannot fit a single visit, no matter how the case is scheduled. The honest plan is two trips: roughly 3 weeks for planning, surgery, and your temporary prosthesis, then a second visit of about 2 weeks, months later, for your final prosthesis once healing is confirmed. Even split across two trips, a Rs 800,000 case runs roughly $2,860 (approx., varies with exchange rate) — a fraction of equivalent full mouth reconstruction costs abroad. Send your X-rays and photos on WhatsApp for a free case review and a written two-trip schedule before you book anything. See our full guide for international patients for deposits and logistics.
At Dental Specialists in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, full mouth rehabilitation ranges Rs 800,000 to Rs 2,500,000. A representative case — 4 implants with 4 zirconia crowns and everything included — sits around Rs 800,000; larger cases with more implants, premium brands, or full-arch prostheses run higher.
The price scales mainly with how many implants your case needs, which implant brand is chosen, and the crown material per unit. A 4-implant case with mid-range brands and zirconia crowns costs far less than an 8 to 10 implant full-arch reconstruction with premium brands.
Roughly three weeks of active treatment split across two stages, with a four to six month healing gap in between. Planning takes about a week, surgery and suture removal about a week, and a temporary prosthesis fitting about a week — then healing, then two weeks for the final prosthesis.
Dental implants need time to fuse with the jawbone, a process called osseointegration, before they can safely support the final permanent teeth. Rushing this step risks implant failure. The wait protects the investment you have already made in the treatment.
All three of our dentists, from planning through delivery: Dr. Ali Ammar Hassan, our maxillofacial surgeon, places the implants; Dr. Uzair Ahmed, our prosthodontist, plans the case and designs the final restoration; Dr. Sarwar Naseer manages aesthetic finishing. Every case passes through all three.
Planning, implant placement, the temporary prosthesis, healing-period reviews, and the final prosthesis are all included in your written quote. Bone grafting is included where your case needs it. Nothing is added later that wasn't in your original written plan.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The 4 to 6 month healing period between implant placement and the final prosthesis genuinely requires two separate trips. We plan the two-trip schedule with you honestly, usually one visit of about 3 weeks and a second of about 2 weeks.
Skipping or shortening the healing period risks implants that have not properly fused with the bone, which can lead to early failure and the need to redo the surgical stage. Full mouth rehabilitation genuinely cannot be rushed without risking the result — we will never offer to compress the healing time.
